This course is a hands-on exploration of essential skills for planning,
facilitating and participating in meetings that matter. Learn to make
your meetings more effective, efficient, and appropriately collaborative.

of content, process and participants
- Construct a dynamic meeting agenda
- Conduct a collaborative meeting through its three phases
- Facilitate and apply decision-making techniques appropriate to the
situation

- Get meaningful stakeholder involvement

- Preplanning: stakeholder analysis, desired outcomes, agenda, groundrules,
logistics, pitfall analysis
- Facilitation skills: maximizing effective participation
- Balancing focus on people, process and product
- Tools for making decisions
- Action planning to assure implementation
- Making win/win work in the real world.
