Conflict can be debilitating and demoralizing, or it can be the springboard to creativity, realignment and expansion. The Higher Ground approach to conflict focuses more on evolution than resolution, and exploits conflict’s inherent creative tension to bring parties to a common commitment to expansion, satisfaction and renewal.

Workshop participants will learn to apply this approach when helping others – or helping themselves – to find the higher ground in conflict.
Participants will learn to

Format
2 days. Offsite preferred
